Our list of on-demand Bhangra workouts continues to grow.
We have workouts to suit any time commitment. Just need a quick endorphin release? No problem – try one of Bitesize series of 15-minute Bhangra workouts. Or if you are ready for a good, long session, go for one of our range of 45-minute sessions.
Never danced Bhangra before? No worries – just start with our Bhangra Basix workout series for a gentle introduction to the fun-filled world of Bhangra workouts.
Worried about your fitness levels? No problem just start slowly and build up from there. Most of our Bhangra workouts are arranged in 5-video sets, each starting with a gentle introductory session and building up to video 5, where we really encourage you to push yourself in what we call “The Red Zone”. Use our Bhangra workouts to build your fitness over the days, weeks and months, in your own time, at your own pace…
Not just Bhangra workouts – our other workouts and resources
As well as our Bhangra workouts we’re also building a range of other fitness resources to help you achieve your fitness goals. Bhangra is a fantastic cardio workout, but if you are serious about losing weight and getting fitter and stronger, you really need to include weight bearing exercises such as standard weight sessions, body weight exercises, kettle bell workouts, etc. Rest and repair is also essential, as well as maintaining and improving flexibility. That’s why we also include lost of stretching exercises for you to do to keep your body in tip top shape.
