So when we approached by one of our Bhangra Blazers to help Limited Resource Teacher Training (LRTT) raise money for inspiring education in Nepal, we jumped at the chance!
Last night we raised the roof and £245 in one hour by Bhangra Blazing “Party-Style!” at Streetly Methodist Church, Sutton Coldfield. Nearly 40 Bhangra Blazers rocked up to help young children in Nepal access English and Maths education, which is still sparingly available after the 2015 earthquake there. 90% of children struggle to access English and Maths even now!
My heartiest thanks to everyone for their generosity and I look forward to our next charitable Bhangra stint in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham!!
