Q: When did you start with Bhangra Blaze/BBX?
I started in February 2022.
Q: Why did you join the class/platform?
Needed a class that I would enjoy at a time that I could make after the boys were in bed.
Q: How often do you do BBX Bhangra workouts?
Once a week.
Q: What difference has BBX made to you physically?
I feel my stamina has increased I don’t seem to be as out of breath after the class.
Q: What difference has BBX made to you mentally?
Feel happy! I may not feel like going to class some days but I make the effort and feel pumped after.
Q: What other types of exercise do you as well as the BBX workouts?
Nothing – just Bhangra fitness.
Q: Which is best – BBX On-demand workouts, Virtual Classes or Live Classes? …and why?
I prefer live workouts. I love the social aspect.
Q: What do you like most about being a BBXer?
The friendly atmosphere!
Q: What are your future health and fitness goals?
I want to lose 10kgs!!
Q: Would you be happy to recommend BBX to your family and friends?
Very happy….I’m trying to get more people involved!
