Each time we ask the same set of 10 questions and let you tell everyone about your health and fitness journey in your own words, so that you can hopefully inspire others who may be struggling to deal with their own health and wellbeing issues, or who may just need a little bit of extra motivation as they work towards their own goals. Q: When did you start with Bhangra Blaze/BBX?
Late 2016.
Q: Why did you join the class/platform?
I joined Bhangra to get my fitness up and for my well-being. I wanted to socialise with other people to build my confidence.
Q: How often do you do BBX Bhangra workouts?
Every week!
Q: What difference has BBX made to you physically?
WOW! I can honestly say I can now run 7 miles because Bhangra Blaze Xpress classes have helped me build my fitness levels up.
Q: What difference has BBX made to you mentally?
When I do Bhangra I really feel like I have cleared my mind and I’m ready to start a new day.
Q: What other types of exercise do you as well as the BBX workouts?
As well as BBX I also do cycling, running and weights workouts.
Q: Which is best – BBX On-demand workouts, Virtual Classes or Live Classes? …and why?
I really enjoy the live classes!
Q: What do you like most about being a BBXer?
I am really proud to say I do Bhangra, especially when I say I do it with Bally! I love the fact I can turn on an Indian tune and roll with it to any of the moves I have learnt.
Q: What are your future health and fitness goals?
I would love to carry on with Bhangra and run longer distances
Q: Would you be happy to recommend BBX to your family and friends?
Oh yes definitely – and I have already!
