Q: When did you start with Bhangra Blaze/BBX?
I started in June 2022.
Q: Why did you join the class/platform?
I joined mainly for fitness but also a bit of fun whilst learning some new bhangra moves.
Q: How often do you do BBX Bhangra workouts?
Once a week.
Q: What difference has BBX made to you physically?
I have met some great people from attending the sessions. I feel more confident in dancing in front of others and have seen improvement in my co-ordination.
Q: What difference has BBX made to you mentally?
I really enjoy the sessions – they do help me relax after some difficult days at work
Q: What other types of exercise do you as well as the BBX workouts?
I train regularly at the gym, play badminton and go running/cycling outdoors.
Q: Which is best – BBX On-demand workouts, Virtual Classes or Live Classes? …and why?
I prefer live workouts because of the atmosphere.
Q: What do you like most about being a BBXer?
There’s a real sense of community with no judgement on skill or involvement.
Q: What are your future health and fitness goals?
To maintain a good level of fitness and feel fit and healthy!
Q: Would you be happy to recommend BBX to your family and friends?
I have recommended it to several individuals already and will continue to do so. 😁
