After all the fun and games at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony, we were delighted to be contacted by EMD UK (Exercise, Movement Dance) who are the governing body for dance fitness and group exercise organisations in the UK.

As members of EMD UK, we had alerted them to our involvement in the games and we were delighted when they got in touch and agreed to publish a blog feature about our experiences on the EMD UK website!
And in all the excitement, we forgot to tell them than we were invited back to take part in the Closing Ceremony as well! But that’s a story for another day…
